Born out West and growing up in different parts of Saskatchewan and Alberta, Devin brings the laid back Western culture to the team! He has a business mindset and a passion for helping people. Devin started his Real Estate career focusing on resale homes within the GTA. He then transitioned to pre-construction sales for the Niagara and Caledonia areas, working for one of southwestern Ontario’s largest home builders. After gaining a wealth of knowledge for the pre-construction side of Real Estate, he is now focusing on resale sales and investment opportunities for Brantford and Surrounding areas. Devin has a vision and mindset for his personal growth and success that motivates and inspires everyone he meets. Jim Rohn says “Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments” and these are words Devin lives by.
Outside of business, he is a proud father and family man. When he’s not working you can find him with his partner Melody and their 5 kids, usually at some type of sport or activity!

Born on the East Coast, Melody and her family moved to Brantford when she was 3 years old. Having been a Brantford resident now for 34 years, she knows what this great city has to offer! Melody has been in the industry now for 14 years. She started her career on the banking/mortgage side and helped hundreds of families purchase homes. After 8 years, she decided to step into Real Estate sales. She spent over 3 years focusing on pre-construction sales in Brantford, working for one of southwestern Ontario’s largest home builders. She is now back to focusing on the resale market for Brantford and surrounding areas. Melody always brings a fun loving personality and that East Coast charm to every transaction because she believes in building relationships and not just “making sales”. As Maya Angelou says, “people will forget what you said and people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel!”
When she’s not selling Real Estate, you can find her with her partner Devin at dance competitions, soccer games and hockey practices with their 5 kids. They like to call it “organized chaos” and they love every minute of it!
